A good morning begins …

7:30 am to 10:30 am

… with a large breakfast buffet that offers many classics, as well as a variety of culinary surprises. We serve up what our region has to offer. And that’s a lot: hearty and traditional, light and refined, sweet and tempting, as well as surprisingly diverse.

Midday intermezzo

2:30 pm to 5:00 pm

The afternoon buffet knows how to delight – with dishes of the day that are reinvented on a daily basis, colourful and crisp salads from the hotel’s own vegetable garden and sweet treats from the hotel’s own patisserie.

An evening love affair

7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Flavors that evoke feelings of happiness. In a stylish setting, we offer you a culinary experience that combines both tradition and the creative sophistication of modern cuisine. Tangible and palpable – right here at our gourmet hotel in the Dolomites. 

  • Take a seat in one of our six traditional Stuben lounges
  • Enjoy a daily changing 4 to 8-course menu with a salad and vegetable bar, as well as a selection of light and refined creations
  • Suitable wine pairings and recommendations from our sommelier

  • We cater for allergies and food intolerances (lactose and gluten-free options available on request)
A place to meet

11:00 am to midnight

In the afternoon, enjoy a delicious coffee, an aperitif before dinner, and a fine digestif to round off the day. Those who want to savour their time at the bar will be spoilt with an exquisite selection of liqueurs, fine wines, smoky whiskeys, refreshing beers and fruity cocktails.
