And that’s quite a lot: classic hearty dishes, delightfully light options, sweet temptations, and all sorts of culinary surprises. And as our cuisine is also a feast for the eyes, here’s a little preview – but remember, it is only a foretaste:

The afternoon buffet knows how to delight – with dishes of the day that are reinvented on a daily basis, colourful and crisp salads from the hotel’s own vegetable garden and sweet treats from the hotel’s own patisserie.
7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Aromas that evoke feelings of happiness. Sensory impressions that awaken memories. Smiling faces, spreading from one to the next. A contented sigh here, an approving “Mhmm” there, followed by an enthusiastic “Ohhh”. It’s love at first bite and first sip. Made tangible and memorable, here at our gourmet hotel in the Dolomites.
11:00 am to midnight
In the afternoon, enjoy a delicious coffee, an aperitif before dinner, and a fine digestif to round off the day. Those who want to savour their time at the bar will be spoilt with an exquisite selection of liqueurs, fine wines, smoky whiskeys, refreshing beers and fruity cocktails.
