Included services & holiday infos – Hotel Majestic

Prices are per person, per night, including our ¾ pampering board.
The local tax of €3.50 and the tourism tax of €1.00 per person (from 14 years) per night is not included and is payable on-site.
*Your 3/4 pampering board starts on the day of arrival at 2:30 pm with an afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure at 11:00 am after breakfast.

Late check-out
With room use: €80 including afternoon snack (on request, subject to availability)
Without room use: €30 including afternoon snack (on request, subject to availability)

Additional person
discount for 3rd person (from 17 years) in the room
20% in an extra bed with two full-paying adults
10% in family suites (Majestic and La Monte)

Dogs
€35 per dog/day, only on request and subject to availability

Use of wellness facilities on the day of departure
€30 per person.

Deposit
We request a prepayment of 25%  of the total holiday price.

Payment
Please note that cash payments in Italy are only accepted up to  €4,999.99 per reservation. We gladly accept the remaining balance or full amount via credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, and  EC-card).

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Up to 21  days before arrival: no cancellation fees. From 20  to 7  days before arrival: 40%  of the total package price will be charged. In the last week before arrival or in the event of early departure: 80%  of the total package price will be  charged.

Majestic cancellation protection
We recommend choosing our affordable Majestic Travel Insurance at a cost of €5  per person/day. Majestic travel insurance must be purchased at the time of reservation and covers illness, accidents, or death, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Booking specific room numbers
We are happy to consider special room requests, but we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific room numbers or floors! Additionally: please note that the decor of the rooms may vary slightly from the photos, though the size and layout will remain the same.

Weekend stays
We ask for your understanding that we can only offer limited weekend stays from Thursday to Sunday (winter season). Stays from Friday to Sunday can only be booked at short notice.

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm
If you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm, please inform us in advance.
Check-out: until 11:00 am
For a late check-out, we charge €80.00 per person (including afternoon snack) with room use, or €30.00 per person (including afternoon snack) without room use – only possible upon short-notice request and subject to availability!

Transfer to and from the train station
Upon request, we can pick you up from or drop you off at Brunico station.

Appointments
Our SPA team is dedicated to your wellbeing, so it is important that you arrive on time for your appointments. If not, the treatment duration will have to be reduced. Cancellations made at short notice (within six hours) will be charged 100% of the price unless the appointment can be reassigned.

Packages & wellness gift vouchers
These are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined. Unused services are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the designated time frame.

Dogs
As dog lovers, we warmly welcome your four-legged friends, provided they are pre-registered. If that is the case, we have selected feel-good rooms (daily price €35.00 per dog). We kindly ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not permitted in the dining area, wellness area, or on our sunbathing lawn (no exceptions can be made). For hygienic reasons, dogs are unfortunately not allowed on our shuttles. We kindly ask our guests, especially during guided hikes, to use their own cars.

Non-smoking rooms
All room categories are non-smoking. Our stylish Cigar Lounge at the bar is available for smokers.

Internet
All rooms and the hotel lobby have free Wi-Fi access.
